Blue Heron Adventure – Zip Line in Columbus, Georgia

The Blue Heron Adventure zip line crosses the Chattahoochee River from Georgia to Alabama. The initial zip is a dual zip line that travels 1,200 feet in length. Riders zip at speeds of 40 mph at a height of 100 feet above the river rapids. The second zip is a 400 foot dual zip line along the shore of the Colorado River.

In addition to the zip lines, the Blue Heron Adventure includes a tree top Aerial Course. The Blue Heron Aerial Course is available for visitors 5 years and up and features 2 level of difficulties. The course consists of numerous obstacles that will test your balance and your confidence. Obstacles include a high altitude tunnel, floating beams, a wobbly bridge, high-hanging ropes, a roped spider web, and more. A motorized raft returns participants back to Georgia upon completion of the course.
